Manteca

Today was another day of smoky skies, but at least it was a short driving day. We slept in and took our time getting ready to leave for Manteca. It was a very flat drive down the Central Valley through what is now mostly an orchard growing agriculture. We saw lots of signs advocating more dams in the Sierras.

We reached French Camp RV Resort at 2:00. Since this is the last night in the motorhome, we spent most of the afternoon re-organizing things and packing them up so it's easier to haul them down to the house when we get home. Once we pull in the slideouts, we can't get to our closet and some of the other storage areas. After dinner, we rewarded ourselves with our final trip to Dairy Queen for the trip.
