Last Day in Brookings
Today was a disappointing final day along the Oregon Coast. It was overcast and windy when we got up. We checked out the farmers market and a few shops in the morning. In the afternoon, we drove back to Meyer Beach and some of the overlooks that were fogged in earlier in the trip, but it was so unspectacular that we didn't shoot a single image.
We made a good dinner and were just finishing up when we looked through the trees toward the beach. It was a spectacular sunset, and we had missed it. We didn't feel too bad since we had two great sunsets at Harris Beach.
Tomorrow, we start the 1,000-mile trip back home.
