Clean Up Day
Red Bluff was our last camping location for the trip, so we planned an extra day to get the motorhome cleaned up before we put it back in storage. I also wanted a day off from driving. I didn't want to drive 1,000 miles in 3 days to get home. We used to routinely drive 400 - 500 miles a day, but those days are gone.
Durango RV Resort has every possible amenity and the sites are long and level. It was the perfect place to take a day off from driving and empty and re-fill our fresh-water tanks, re-organize our basement compartments, and clean the interior of the motorhome. It wasn't a fun day, but it made it much easier to unpack and put the motorhome in storage when we got home.
