Camp Day
Today was our day to prepare for our drive back to San Diego. We packed up all our photo gear, washed clothes, dumped our tanks, worked on a few images, and just generally "vegged out." The skies continue to get smokier, so there was no interest in spending time outside.
Tomorrow, we're spending the day with Carol's friend, Mark, so we wanted to get all our preps done today.
On Friday, we drive to Portland to see Matt and Jackie for the weekend, and then we continue south for San Diego. We had camping reservations for 8 days at Mt. Lassen, but with all the fires, we cancelled our reservations and are going home 8 days early.
